More Pictures

"Spring is sooner recognized by plants than by men." ~Chinese Proverb
Well, even though it's still in the 20s at night, spring is teasing us a bit here in New York. Here are a couple of pics of life outside my home these days...

Green things growing...yay! (I think they're daffodils and tulips - AKA deer candy - but they're close to the house, so they usually survive)

Little snow-drops that I forgot I had planted in a garden in the back lawn

And the 5 furry creatures that show up on our front lawn almost every morning. All last year there were 3 (a mom and her twins that we watched grow up), so I'm not sure where the other 2 came from. But they're pretty brazen and rarely move much when we drive up or down the driveway...so forget what I said about my tulips being safe!

The deer look pretty much at home
Good luck with the tulips.

Bet you're enjoying seeing green sprouts after the past winter there.

I just love spring! Hope your tulips survive. Have you thought of putting garlic powder or chili powder around them? Sometimes that works.

I love spring too. That's one bad thing about Florida, the only change in the seasons, is it gets even, ugh, hotter, and the sun is directly above. So my crystals don't get hit by it any more. I miss the rainbows they make in the room.
I wonder if you are fighting a losing battle with the deer. Maybe you should plant them a garden? Ha!
But gosh I miss springs, hyacinth, daffodils, and even the early bird crocus. The forsythia, tulips oh I have to stop it.
I want spring too!!!!

They could be crocus's too. Had a ton of deer on my lawn as well.
